Refund Policy

Please notify us as soon as possible if you are not happy with your purchase and we will do our best to accommodate you. We ask that you return items to us in clean, unused condition. Merchandise must be received within 30 days for a full refund. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please note banks often take one to two billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card statement.

 

Items returned after 30 days can be exchanged, repaired or returned for store credit only. Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for exchange or refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. No returns may be made after 90 days.

Please be aware that some items may appear slightly different, especially in terms of color and hue, based on your computer resolution and monitor. While we make every effort to faithfully reproduce our merchandise on line, we cannot be responsible for exact color accuracy. Please pay close attention to item descriptions and dimensions when placing your order...some items may appear larger or smaller in the photo,the detailed description provides important information to help you select your item.

How to return a purchase:

You will be credited for shipping expense for any defective or damaged merchandise. All other returns (error in ordering, change of heart, etc) must be returned or exchanged at customer's expense. 

Purchases made in person at our Sarasota, FL gallery cannot be returned and exchanged without the original receipt.

Privacy Policy

We use personal information collected from you to fulfill orders you have placed and add you to our mailing list. To opt-out of our mailing list please email remove@sigridolsenart.com.  We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties. Our website is SSL secure and safe for online shopping.   

Terms of Service 
 If there are items on your order that are not immediately available to ship to you, we will back order the out of stock item and ship the rest of your order right away. We will contact you via email to inform you that one or more items have been back ordered and to provide you with an estimated restock date. Should you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item, please contact us at shop@sigridolsenart.com or (800) 929-1766. We are also happy to assist you with suggestions for other options when the item you have ordered is out of stock.
Customers must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from SIGRID OLSEN art.

 

Shipping 

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday between our store hours of 10am-5pm will be processed within 24 hours. 

  • We will ship in-stock items within 2-3 business days. 

  • Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed.

  • Orders are shipped via UPS (ceramics, artwork, and some stationery) or USPS (small orders such as single cards).  A physical address is required for shipment.  We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

  • We verify all credit cards before shipping.  In some cases, this may delay stated delivery dates.
